Here at Crest View Recovery Center, we provide treatment to those who are suffering from substance abuse. We understand that addiction comes in various forms, so we offer comprehensive addiction treatment services. Through various types of therapy and addiction rehab programs, our clients can get the help they need.
Crest View is based in Asheville, North Carolina. But, we offer our services to those who wish to relocate from surrounding cities and states, too! So, individuals who desire to get treatment in the beauty and comfort that surrounds our facility can do so, even if they are from another area!
Addictions can damage a person’s health and overall well-being and be challenging to handle without help. Let Crest View Recovery Center be your source of support for drug addiction, alcohol addiction or any dual diagnoses you may have.
Drug addiction causes your body to become dependent on drugs to function. This is why drug addiction treatment includes detoxing and rehabilitation so that you can become independent from drugs.
Alcohol addiction behaves similarly to drug addiction, as alcohol’s effects feel good initially but quickly lead to damaging behaviors. Alcohol use treatment focuses on the reality-based therapy model to teach patients how to function in real-world situations away from alcohol.
Dual diagnoses are also common with substance use, as addictions and mental health disorders negatively affect each other. Work toward health by targeting both drug addiction and any present mental illness.
If you have been dealing with alcoholism or drug use, there is hope for you. At CVRC, we partner with DreamLife Recovery to provide an inpatient treatment program. In this relaxed environment, you can heal on various levels, from addressing sleep deprivation to learning tools to combat addiction. We will walk with you each step of the way to ensure you get the quality services you need.
We also offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for those who may need more accountability after a residential program. You can also join our intensive outpatient program (IOP) for assistance following the first level of drug rehab. Both of these options are great for transitioning back to independence.
Our holistic programming offers non-medication-based treatment, instead focusing on the whole person. Work through meditation, yoga, art therapy, fitness routines and nutrition therapy to get your mind, body and spirit back in the right condition. These plans are flexible to fit your interests and needs.
Crest View also has several forms of therapy, including trauma and experiential therapy. Trauma therapy targets any underlying experiences from the past that may have initiated the substance use. Similarly, experiential therapy looks for negative attitudes and behaviors and helps direct them toward productive activities like hiking, climbing, painting, swimming and more.
Additionally, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is also available. Medications are linked with counseling sessions to help curb cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
Finally, we offer an alumni program to keep you connected to the Crest View family even after treatment is over. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been battling addiction or which form of substance use disorder you’ve been dealing with — CVRC can help you!
